  1. Those cops should be on death row. Remember a cop who beats a guilty man will also beat an innocent man they think is guilty. Beating someone's head against the pavement is deadly force so unless those cops had a right to shoot him they would not have a legal excuse for smashing his head. This should be attempted murder at the minimum. Of course they don't have body cams at that department. Imagine that, also I bet that their dashcams get lost or corrupted because I don't think this guy "football tackled" anyone.

  2. Denounced?? You governors do nothing about this mess. How long is this been going on? Congress does nothing!! Strange because, congress is the people. So, what kind of people make up your congress? Answer, the kind of people that turns a blind eye to justice, especially the governors, they are the gate keepers of all that is wrong in this country. Completely unnecessary.

  3. Always irritating after one of these incidents, the Chief of police gets on TV and says, ' these officers actions were not consistent with their training" …..Ya think!🤦‍♂

  4. There's something SERIOUSLY wrong within Arkansas with their cops. They've pit maneuvered a pregnant woman looking for a safe place to park, a state trooper rear ended a guy and essentially assaulted him for getting mad, now this.

  5. If you watch the video, you see the officer in the middle take a gun from the suspect's pocket or the ground next to the suspect just before the officers stopped. If the officers are trying to stop him from getting the gun, it might be justified?

  6. This individual got Rodney Kinged without the use of the extra batons. No justification, time to serve some jail times and to pay for pain and suffering. When will they learn, we're living in the information age.

  7. If he did what he was a accused of doing then an ass whopping was well deserved either at the hands of the police or the clerk whose face he supposedly spit in. And by the way what do people expect when they resist arrest a pat on the head? Just put your hands behind your back already and none of that happens 99% of the time.

  8. This is what has been happening when no cameras were around to gather evidence. If it weren't for the witness video, they would have gotten away with it. One of the deputies already had a compliant for the excessive force and was allowed to continue work. Supervisor should also be held responsible. The supervisors never supervise unless it hits the news. In the meantime, they are allowed to abuse their authority because it generates revenue for the government. It is called policing for profit. Isn't this the stereotype for a cop in the South? It's a stereotype for a reason. More common than they are willing to admit.
